Marvel Capital is a sector agnostic venture capital and private equity investor.

Currently, one of Marvel Capital’s newest ventures includes an Australian based commodity trading company with representation in Australia and Thailand, with upcoming expansion in 2024 to the UK, Canada and Singapore.

A strong understanding and experience in the current global market, both as a hyper-successful participant and investor, warrants us to trade first class commodities through our extensive networks, collective and direct experience. Marvel Capital’s founder also has extensive experience in investment banking, capital markets, M&A and other financial services, for a well rounded skillset.

As experts in collective international trade, we negotiate and transact hard commodity deals pursuing cross-border business opportunities.

Our key focus in oil and gas products, and battery metals, with other mining and minerals including precious metals also within the Company’s remit.

The company is transitioning from an intermediary and consultancy fee-for-service structure to an outright buyer and seller of these commodities, utilising our own, partner and leveraged capital.

Marvel Capital is currently in the early assessment stages for a planned carbon-neutral synthetic diesel refinery, with the addition of waste-to-energy generation capabilities and hydrogen production. This Australian project will be the most advanced of its kind in the southern hemisphere, delivering cheaper transport fuel to Australians at no cost to the environment or climate.
